This issue occurs because the portal user account is not linked to an individual record. To link the user account:
Steps to Link a Portal User Account
- Go to Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users.
- Select Edit User from the action gear to the right of the user's name.
- In the middle of the page, click Link User & search for the individual in FellowshipOne.
- Click Select next to the individual.
- Click Save at the bottom of the portal user screen.
