404 Error When Trying to View Scanned Contributions

 

This issue occurs because the portal user account is not linked to an individual record. To link the user account:

Steps to Link a Portal User Account

  1. Go to Admin > Security Setup > Portal Users.
  2. Select Edit User from the action gear to the right of the user's name.
  3. In the middle of the page, click Link User & search for the individual in FellowshipOne.
  4. Click Select next to the individual.
  5. Click Save at the bottom of the portal user screen.
