Check-In Teacher allows parents to add a note for the child on a specific day. This note is known as Special Instructions. This functionality allows the parent to make a special note that the teacher of a class might need to know, like if the child is having a rough morning & might be a little more agitated than normal. These Special Instructions are similar to Tag Comments, but the Special Instructions will only show for that day, rather than permanently like Tag Comments.
If a child has a Special Instructions comment added, they will show with a red exclamation point on their picture:
For the teacher to view the Special Instructions, they can simply click on the name of the student. This will open a drop-down that shows the Special Instructions, as well as timestamps for when they checked in, birthday reminders, & last attendance dates.
