Creating Activity Requirements

Activity Requirements provide a way to track participant information required for a specific Activity. These requirements can include documents that Activity leaders may need to access at times during the Activity,  such as medical or parental release forms.

To create an Activity Requirement:

  1. Go to Ministry > Activities (New) > Requirements
  2. Select the appropriate Ministry
  3. Select the Activity from the drop-down list
  4. Type a name for the Activity requirement in the Name field. For example, Medical Release Form or Copy of Passport
  5. Click Add requirement.
  • Note: The requirement appears in the grid at the bottom of the form.
