SPF Record Configuration

Sender Policy Framework (SPF) is a simple email validation system designed to detect email spoofing by providing a mechanism to allow receiving mail exchangers to check that incoming mail from a domain is being sent from a host authorized by that domain's administrators.

To add an SPF record for FellowshipOne Email, add the following to Domain Name Services:

 - v=spf1 ptr:{your email server URL} include:fellowshipone.com -all

Note: This article for editing the Domain Name Services records is highly technical & should only be attempted by someone who understands Domain Name Services.

Note: One thing to know about adding the SPF record is that if you have other services sending on your behalf & miss one then it can cause emails to not flow for that service if you miss adding them to your SPF record.
