Printing Labels with L1000 Core Sheet Labels Report

The L1000 Core Sheet Labels report is the recommended method for printing labels due to it's options & flexibility.

This report will print labels with:

  • Print mailing labels
  • Print name tags
  • Use multiple Avery label options
  • Multiple Address layout options
  • Create only one label per household
  • Individual's Photos
  • Same layout as Check-In name tags
  • Print labels for multiple Groups/People Lists together
  • Customize Name format
  • Include information about individual such as DOB

     

To use the L1000 report, select one of these group types: Temporary Group, Group, or People List.

Example Workflow: Printing Mailing Labels by City or Zip Code

  1. Run the P9400 Core Individual Records report to generate a list of people in the desired city or zip code.
  2. Export the P9400 report results into a Temporary Group.
  3. Open the L1000 Core Sheet Labels report and select the Temporary Group created.
  4. Select the option to print labels and choose either mailing labels for addresses or name tags as needed.
  5. Run the report, and select the appropriate label type (individual or household).
  6. Choose your desired name format and address format.
  7. Print the labels directly or export to PDF.

This method offers a flexible way to manage your labeling and tagging needs efficiently.
