Error - "Your login attempt has failed. Your account will be locked out after 10 attempts."

This error occurs when the Username, Password, & Church Code combination do not match an account in FellowshipOne. If the Username & Church Code fields are correct, the best course of action is to reset the portal user's password by following the instructions in this article: Forgot Password.

For security reasons, the system will lock out a portal user after 10 failed attempts to log in. This will initiate a 15-minute window in which the user will not be allowed to log in. Resetting the password after the 15 minutes will allow the user to log back in.
