Unsubscribe an Individual for Email Communications

If a customer does not want to receive emails, they can be set to "unsubscribe" in FellowshipOne. There are two ways to unsubscribe: the Church unsubscribing the customer or the customer unsubscribing themselves.

A customer can only unsubscribe themselves when the Profile Editor is enabled. Use this article to change the Profile Editor settings: Enable Profile Editor.

  • FellowshipOne User in Portal
    1. Go to individual's page in FellowshipOne
    2. On right, click Edit next to Phone, Email, Web
    3. Click Unsubscribe (Individual's Name) from church email
    4. Confirm Opt-in in pop-up window

 

  • Individual in lnFellowship
    • Click Save Changes at bottom
    • Check Unsubscribe from church communication emails check-box
    • Scroll to Email section
    • On right, click Update your profile
    • Click Update Profile
    • Log in to InFellowship account
