Reports are usually set to not automatically return inactive assignments. If you want to return these, follow the instructions for two example reports below:

1. Select Reports
2. Search M1211
3. Select *Core Attendance Records (v3.1)
4. Scroll down to Return Activity Attendance to (who)
5. In box titled List Inactive/Past Items too?*, select Yes
6. Set all other necessary filters, then Run report

1. Select Reports
2. Search M1400
3. Select *Core Assignment Records (v2.7)
4. In Return People with Activity Assignments (who), in Whose Volunteer/Staff Assignment Status is:* field, select --Ignore This-- to return both active & inactive assignments, or InActive to return only inactive assignments
5. In Return based on Ministry-Activity (who), in List Inactive/Past Items too?* field, select Yes
6. Set all other necessary filters, then Run report
