Embedding a Link in Confirmation Message

Though it is not possible to upload attachments to the confirmation message for an event registration, it is possible to create a hyperlink that recipients can click on to view a webpage that has the attachment. Follow these steps to complete this task:

  1. Upload the document, spreadsheet, PDF, or any other file you need to link to your church's website
  2. Copy the URL for that page
  3. Go to Weblink > Event Registration > Manage Forms
  4. Select necessary form
  5. Click Edit Confirmation Message in Web User panel
  6. Highlight the appropriate words that will match your link
  7. Select the Hyperlink image to open the hyperlink window

 


          *Note: Ensure that the pop-up blocker is disabled so the hyperlink window can appear
      8. Paste the URL into the Link URL box
      9. Click Insert
    10. Click Save settings

Recipients will now be able to click on the hyperlink, which will take them to a page with the document attached.
