Changing Attendance Details

If someone appears in the Attendees list with the wrong attendance type, follow these steps to update the record:

  1. Go to Ministry > Attendance > Post Attendance.

  2. Select the correct Activity, Schedule, Date Range, and Time.

  3. Click Search.

  4. Click Post Attendance next to the appropriate Roster.

  5. Scroll down and click View All Attendees.

  6. Select the individuals whose attendance type needs updating.

  7. From the dropdown at the bottom, choose Change Attendance Details.

  8. Select the correct Attendance Type.

  9. Click Save Attendance Details.

This will update the selected records with the correct attendance type.
