Once a Zebra GK420D or GX420D printer is setup on the network a file needs to be sent to the printer using the printer driver tools.

The process to send the file is:

1. Download Zebra_Wireless.txt
2. Go to Windows Devices & Printers
3. Go printer properties for the wireless printer
4. On the Printer Properties General  tab click the Preferences button
5. Go to the Tools tab
6. Set Command type to Action
7. Set Command name to Send file
8. Click "..." to browse for Zebra_Wireless.txt
9. Click Send
