Unable to log into staging environment

The staging environment (https://portal.staging.fellowshipone.com/login.aspx) is not regularly updated from the live database.
Possible reasons for being unable to log in:


Cause: Username/Password is different in staging environment than live database

Solution: Have user with Admin rights in staging environment reset password


Cause: User account does not exist in staging environment

Solution: User with Admin Rights in staging environment creates user account
