No Groups Showing Up in Span of Care

If no groups are showing up in a span of care after selecting a group type, you will need to change the groups criteria. To do this, follow these steps.

  1. From within the FellowshipOne Portal, click Groups>Administration>Span of Care
  2. Click the necessary Span of Care
  3. Click Edit next to Group Properties
  4. Select as much information as possible that will apply to the groups within the Group Type
  5. Click Next twice
  6. Click Save this span of care
