If no groups are showing up in a span of care after selecting a group type, you will need to change the groups criteria. To do this, follow these steps.
- From within the FellowshipOne Portal, click Groups>Administration>Span of Care
- Click the necessary Span of Care
- Click Edit next to Group Properties
- Select as much information as possible that will apply to the groups within the Group Type
- Click Next twice
- Click Save this span of care
