Go to https://smartpay.profitstars.com/sts/Account/Login & login.

If help is needed in resetting the password, email financialservices@fellowshipone.com An email will be sent to the individual on file as the main contact for that organization with ProfitStars with a temporary password.

If that individual is no longer with the organization, a Contact Change request will have to be filled out by an executive with the organization.

Both types of requests can take up to five business days to process.

ProfitStars is used for processing ACH transactions through FellowshipOne.
