Job assessment templates can be configured to save time when assessing jobs within ministries. The templates allow you to quickly assign giftedness attributes to a job.

To create a job assessment template:

1. Select Admin > Church Setup > Giftedness Programs
2. Click View Summary
3. Click Add/Edit Job Templates
4. Type template name
5. Select attributes in rank order from most important to least important from the Rank drop-down lists in each category
   • Any rank drop-down that includes an asterisk beside its name is required
   • Do not select an attribute more than one time within a category
   • Note that if you have not used weighting, Rank is replaced by Choice
6. Click Add job assessment
