Managing Unmatched Contributions

The check scanning process allows checks to be passed through a scanner into the FellowshipOne Contributions Application, which saves the information in FellowshipOne. The first time an account number that is not already in FellowshipOne appears, the check goes into unmatched status. To view & match unmatched contributions, follow these steps:
 

  1. Click Giving > Contributions > Unmatched
  2. Click Match beside correct contribution
  3. Click Find Contributor, or optionally Add Household/Organization
  4. Search for contributor
  5. If adding household, add household
  6. Select household or individual to attribute
  7. Click Match
