Can't Print Parent Receipt

If the parent receipt is not printing when using Check-In, ensure that the Activity is set up to do so.

  1. In FellowshipOne Portal go to Ministry > Activities > View All
  2. Click necessary Activity
  3. Click Edit next to Properties box on right
  4. Click Enable Check-In Application check box
  5. Ensure Print a Name Tag is checked
  6. Ensure Print a Parent Receipt is checked
