Remove statuses

You cannot remove a status within FellowshipOne. However, you can de-activate any statuses you've created that you no longer plan to use.

  1. Go to People > Search > People Query & select the following:
    • Search by: Individual Information
    • Field: Status
    • Comparison: Equal to
    • Value: choose status group & status that you want to remove.
    • Click Run.
  2. Select all people from the results & use the actions list at the bottom of the results to Perform a mass action. Select Change individual status & the correct status in the mass action filters. Review & save & then review your selections. Click Save changes to update the records to the new status.
  3. Go to Admin > People Setup > Status.
  4. Click Edit. (If there is no Edit option, this is a standard status that may not be de-activated.)
  5. Clear the Active check box.
  6. Click Save.

Note: Default statuses (Member, Attendee, Inactive, etc) cannot be edited.
