When you perform a people search, deceased people won't automatically appear. Please follow the steps below to get deceased people to appear in search result: 

1. Go to People > Search > Find a Person
2. Click More search options
3. Check Include deceased in results
4. Search by any combination of Name, Address, Phone, Email, Web, Status, Sub status, Attribute group & Attribute
5. Click Search
