Forgot Password

Any Portal User unable to log in to their account can reset their password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the portal login screen: 

From there, they must enter their Username & Church Code, & click Reset:

Note: The Portal User's Username needs to be entered, not the email address.

This will send an email to the Portal User's email address with a link to reset their password. They will need to click on that link, which will take them to a page where they can set a new password. They will need to enter their new password in both boxes & click Update:

Note: This email will be sent to the Portal User's email address, not any of the email addresses of the Individual the Portal User is linked to. Any FellowshipOne Champion or Admin can change that email address for the Portal User. Support agents can confirm who those individuals are, as well as church code, but for security reasons are not able to change the email address.

  • Pro-Tip: As a reminder, password must meet these requirements:
  • Length of at least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one lowercase letter
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one of the following: ?_ - ; : , . ?! @ # $ % ^ & * ( )
