FellowshipOne Time Out

As part of our suite of security features, each area of FellowshipOne is set to automatically log out after a certain period of time. This time out prevents access from unwanted computers & serves as added protection against data attacks. The timeout limits for different areas of FellowshipOne are as follows:

  • Portal: After 20 minutes of inactivity, a 5 minute countdown will begin. The total timeout period is 25 minutes
  • Assisted Check-In: After 20 minutes of inactivity, the page resets to the check-in code entry screen & at 45 minutes your session will timeout
  • Weblink: After 20 minutes of inactivity you must re-login
  • Infellowship: After 40 minutes of inactivity you must re-login

Notes:

  • Self Check-In does not timeout
  • Inactivity means Not Saving Something.  Thus if you are in the middle of a process (such as filling out a registration form), but do not save it, that is considered inactive.
