Report Output Types

Every report has output types & the types of output depend upon the report. When you are inside of a report, the Output Type will be the last filter you set before you run your report.

 


The following describes each possible output type:

  • PDF - report launches in Adobe Reader & suitable for immediate printing
  • Excel - report launches in Microsoft Excel & is typically used when additional manipulation needs to be done to the data or the data needs to be used by some other program such as Microsoft Word
  • Graph - Report launches in Adobe Reader & displays a graph such as a bar graph or pie chart
  • HTML - Report launches in a browser window & can be published to a website or Intranet site
  • Zebra 1x3 - report is formatted to print on the FellowshipOne Check-In Zebra printer using address labels size 1x3
  • Zebra 2x3 - report is formatted to print on the FellowshipOne Check-In Zebra printer using address labels 2x3
  • Avery 5160 - report is formatted to print on the Avery brand labels size 5160
  • Avery 5630- report is formatted to print on the Avery brand labels size 5630
  • Labels - report is formatted to print labels
  • XML - report is formatted in Extensible Markup Language (XML), which is typically used when import into other applications or web services
  • CSV - report is formatted in Comma Separate Values, which is typically used when importing data into another software application
  • Temporary Group - report generates a temporary group found under Groups > View All > Temporary Groups
