Setting up FellowshipOne Touch for iPhone

FellowshipOne Touch delivers people information from FellowshipOne directly to your iPhone. These are the steps to setup the FellowshipOne Touch application.

First ensure that your FellowshipOne administrator has enabled or granted access to this application.

To Grant or Revoke access to an application:

  1. Click on the application name.
  2. Click Grant access to allow the application to access church data
  3. Click Revoke access to disable the application & prevent the application from accessing church data.

If the application is enabled & you experience an authentication error when using F1Touch for the Apple iPhone, try the following:

  1. Make sure you are entering your church code in all lowercase letters
  2. Confirm that your username has no spaces (if it does, your FellowshipOne Champion will need to change your username for you in the Admin area of FellowshipOne)
  3. Check to make sure your portal user account is "linked" to your individual record. (if it is not, your FellowshipOne Champion will need to do this for you in the Admin area of FellowshipOne)

If you have tried these steps for logging in & are still getting an "authenticity failure" message, consider resetting the iPhone Network Settings by going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
