Matching Scanned Contributions Items

 

After submitting your batch from the Contributions Application, you are ready to match contributor to their contributions, apply batch designations, & save your batch. To match items & set designations follow these steps:

  1. Click Giving > Contributions > Scanned Contributions
  2. Click on batch
  3. Click Match
  4. Search for individual
  5. Click Next item
  6. After matching items, set necessary Fund/Pledge drive
  7. Optionally, set Sub fund
  8. Optionally, set Activity
  9. Optionally, set GL post date
  10. Click Save this batch
Note: Any unmatched contributions can be matched later by clicking Giving > Contributions > Unmatched
