There are times when an InFellowship user forgots their password for the email address used as InFellowship ID or wanted to change it to another email. Please follow the steps below.
1. Have the member create a new InFellowship account using his/her new email address
- Note: Individual needs to use a false identity to create the new Infellowship account since his/her individual record has already had an Infellowship account associated. This will create a New From Website record in your database which duplicates with the existing record.
2. Go to Portal > People > Data Integrity > Merge Individual
3. Under Master Record, click Find Person
4. Locate existing record of the member
5. Under Duplicate Record, click Find Person
6. Locate New From Website record of the member
7. Click Merge
8. Choose appropriate choices

5. Under Duplicate Record, click Find Person
6. Locate New From Website record of the member
7. Click Merge
8. Choose appropriate choices
- Note: Make sure to select the new InFellowship Login from the Duplicate Record.
9. Click Merge records
