Making an Activity Roster Inactive

There would be rosters which are no longer in use but cannot be deleted since there are attendance & assignment records associated. You can make them inactive so that the records would be kept & they will not appear when you are using Check-In. Please follow the steps below to make a Roster inactive:
 
  1. Click Ministry Activities > View all
  2. Click correct Activity
  3. Click Rosters tab
  4. Click Action Gear beside correct Roster
  5. Click Edit
  6. Check Inactive circle
  7. Click Save button
Note: All attendance & assignments are still available for reporting purposes, but this will hide the Roster from being viewed in FellowshipOne & in Check-In.
