There would be rosters which are no longer in use but cannot be deleted since there are attendance & assignment records associated. You can make them inactive so that the records would be kept & they will not appear when you are using Check-In. Please follow the steps below to make a Roster inactive:
- Click Ministry > Activities > View all
- Click correct Activity
- Click Rosters tab
- Click Action Gear beside correct Roster
- Click Edit
- Check Inactive circle
- Click Save button
