Viewing Status of Image Upload

To check the status of an image upload, click Admin > Image Upload > View Upload Status. A failure can occur for one of the following reasons:

  • The file name does not match an individual/household ID in the database. Remember that the file name must be the individual's or household's ID as shown on the A2700E - Photo Session Export of Individuals
  • The image file is too large to upload ( must be less than 1MB)
