Use this article to enable the alternative sign on credentials, Passcode Lock & Touch ID, for FellowshipOne Mobile.
- Log in to FellowshipOne Mobile
- Select Settings gear
- To use Passcode Lock
- Toggle on Passcode Lock
- Enter 4 digit Passcode
- Confirm 4 digit Passcode
- To use Touch ID (fingerprint access)
- Toggle on Touch ID
- Tap Enable
- Toggle on Touch ID
Note: The phone being used must have fingerprint capabilities, & at least one fingerprint ID must be saved in the phone’s settings, prior to enabling Touch ID. iPhones with Touch ID available:
iPhone 5S (2013) – First iPhone with Touch ID.
iPhone 6 & 6 Plus (2014)
iPhone 6S & 6S Plus (2015)
iPhone 7 & 7 Plus (2016)
iPhone 8 & 8 Plus (2017)
iPhone SE (1st Gen, 2016)
iPhone SE (2nd Gen, 2020)
iPhone SE (3rd Gen, 2022) – Latest iPhone with Touch ID.
- If both Passcode Lock & Touch ID are turned on, FellowshipOne Mobile will default to Touch ID.
- Clicking Cancel prompts the user to enter their Passcode.
- Users have 5 attempts to enter the correct Passcode. After the 5th attempt, Passcode Lock is disabled & the user must enter their username, password, & church code to login.
