Deleting an InFellowship ID

An Infellowship ID can be deleted by a Portal User who has the "Privacy Settings Edit" & "People Edit" Rights. That Right enables a user to edit an individual's InFellowship Privacy settings as well as delete an InFellowship ID. 

 
To delete an InFellowship ID:
 
  1. Go to the Individual's Personal Profile page in the Portal
  2. Click Edit Individual
  3. Click on Delete next to the InFellowship ID in the Communication Section.
  4. Confirm that the ID should be deleted
 
These steps can be used if the ID is associated with the wrong individual, or if the individual has forgotten their password & no longer has access to that email address. 
 
The individual will need to create a new InFellowship ID login to access InFellowship.
