InFellowship: Group Attendance Comments

nFellowship Group Leaders Now have the ability to add comments to the Group Attendance records associated with a Group Event date. This can be used to provide information on group visitors, new members, reasons the group did not meet, or any text the church expects its leaders to communicate, concerning the attendance records.

Use Taking Attendance in InFellowship for instructions on how to post Group Attendance.

Any details about the Group Attendance can be included in Group Comments, after selecting the event date, & saved to the database, after clicking Save attendance.

Portal Users can return saved Group Attendance Comments by running the M1211 - *Core Attendance Records (v3.1), provided that the Portal User has Permissions to the group.

When selecting filters in the report, for Return Group Attendance to, Based on their Role/Type: *, select Group Leaders or Group Members. • Attended - count of attendees
  • Absent - count of absentees
