Updates to Login Workflow

Previously, Launchpad, My Check-In, Teacher, Coordinator, & Dashboard all had their own login pages. Now, all 5 applications share a single login page.

1) For congregant-facing applications (InFellowship users):

a. Users go to the application’s URL:

  1. Launchpad.fellowshipone.com/CHURCHCODE
  2. Mycheckin.fellowshipone.com/CHURCHCODE
  3. Teacher.fellowshipone.com

b. Launchpad & My Check-In present options to Sign up for a new InFellowship account, reset the password via the Forgot Password link, & sign in to the application.

c. After selecting sign in on Launchpad & My Check-In (or directly when users go to the Teacher URL), they are forwarded to a new page where they will enter their InFellowship credentials.

i. If a church code was included in the URL for Launchpad or My Check-In, the user will not see the church code field.

ii. If the church code was not included for Launchpad or My Check-In, or if the user is accessing Teacher, they will be asked for the church code.

d. Note: Users who have saved their credentials to the old login pages within their browsers will need to re-enter their credentials due to this being a different page. If InFellowship users need to reset their password because they do not remember it, they can do so by following the Forgot Password link on the InFellowship login page or at the URLs listed above for Launchpad & My Check-In.

2) For church staff-facing applications (FellowshipOne Portal users):

a. Users go to the application’s URL:

  1. Coordinator.fellowshipone.com
  2. Dashboard.fellowshipone.com

b. Users are forwarded to a new page where they will enter their FellowshipOne portal credentials.

c. Note: Users who have saved their credentials to the old login pages within their browsers will need to re-enter their credentials due to this being a different page. If Portal users need to reset their password because they do not remember it, they will need to contact their church’s FellowshipOne Admin to reset their password. If all FellowshipOne Admins at a church forget their password, contact the FellowshipOne Technical Support team for assistance.

3) Additional Notes:

a. The login page will always say “Username” if FellowshipOne Portal credentials are required, & it will say “Email” if InFellowship credentials are required.

b. For enhanced security, after 3 failed log-in attempts, the user’s account is temporarily locked. If locked, a countdown timer displays until the account is auto-unlocked.
